I have lived in Wise County for 23 years with my husband, Mitch. As a member of the Decatur Rotary Club, I was named "Rookie of the Year" for 2000 and am very involved in community projects and community service. I co-chaired the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Drive in 2001, which raised more than $7500. for the local Salvation Army Service Units. In 2002 I chaired the committee and we raised $7,500. In 2003, again I was chairman and with the help of lots of wonderful and giving people we raised $15,170. Last year in 2006, we raised over $27,000 and I am looking forward to helping make 2007 the best year yet. On July 11, 2002, I was named Rotarian Of The Year by our local club. This is an honor I will always cherish because it is about others not me. In 2005, several other agents and affiliates started working to bring Habitat for Humanity to Wise Co. In July of this year, we finished the first home built for Habitat in Decatur. Our for animals has led Mitch and me to have two Toy Schnauzers named Phoebe and Molly, two ferrets - Bandit and Suzi and two putside dogs, B.B. and Pistol.

Because of my efforts and commitment to my clients and customers while I was with GMAC Real Estate, I was named TOP PRODUCER for three consecutive years. I was awarded the top honor of attending the GMAC Medallion Club Summit for 1999, 2000 and would have GMAC as Top Producer for 2001. The Medallion Club is a group of Top Producers from across the nation. To be invited to the Summit, an agent must be the top producer for their company, have sold $3,000,000 in residential properties or have had 40 transactions in one year. I have continued to be a multi-million $$$ producer for the past five years. With over twenty five years in sales and service, I specialize in residential, farm and ranch real estate and helping people relocate to the north/northwestern area of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, including all of Wise Co., western Denton, southern Montague and northern Parker Counties. In April of 2007, I added Accredited Staging Professional, ASP, to my services. This is provided to my clients at no additional charge.
